Reverse

Urh, what is worse than going in reverse? I was in a Stop and Shop parking lot earlier this week and it took a while for me to pull out of the space. My dad even yelled at me for my slowness and turning the wheel the wrong way while going in reverse. Do any of you have any stories of trying to reverse or parelle park, since at some piont one most reverse to fit into the space properly?

  1. I remember when I was first driving, and in this case simply pulling out of the driveway in reverse, my mom bugged out when she 'thought' I didn't look for other cars or anything. And as for parallel parking, I was never really good at it. Of course eventually I did learn and I do know what to do but I'd probably still stink at doing it to this day XD

  2. I have only driven in reverse during driver's ed. and the ultimate test to get my license. Surprisingly, I never had any problem parallel parking. If I was in the car with my father and had to do it, then I would most likely mess up since he would be freaking out for every little thing. Whenever I start practicing again, I will let my brother teach me the ways!

  3. To this day I still turn the wheel the wrong way. I dont know why, but I fix it almost instantly. I also remember learning how to parallel park in drivers ed. I was getting good at it but i'm sure that ive forgotten.

  4. Reverse can be one of the most intimidating parts of driving, but it can also be really easy to do. You have to be confident, relaxed and be sure you can do it! :) I have no random stories from reverse, since between my father and brother I was encouraged to learn it pretty fast.
